Roxanne supports The Successful Failure team with coaching on organisational strategy and programme design.

Her professional background extends to 20 years working with civil society organisations in the UK and overseas.  Building on a range of experience delivering in practice at the grassroots and developing leadership in digital engagement and social innovation, she developed an interest in failure which she is pursuing through PhD studies. Roxanne’s research is motivated by her experience of growing socially enterprising organisations and she is a strongly committed ‘pracademic’ devoted to developing and sharing practical knowledge of the highest quality.
